Hi, I’m Kay - Integrative and Functional Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Certified Women’s Integrative Medicine Institute Educator and your guide to feeling whole, empowered, and well again.

I help women restore balance, heal from within, and reconnect with their bodies through a personalized, root-cause approach. My work blends science-backed Functional Nutrition with integrative practices that have a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom and natural ability to heal. My approach is grounded in the belief that food is more than fuel, it’s information that can either support or disrupt health.

True healing happens when science, nature, and compassion meet.

I hold a master’s degree in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, a program where science and nature meet: combining the established science of nutrition with emerging clinical perspectives in integrative and functional medicine. This education gave me a holistic, systems-based lens to uncover and address the root causes of complex conditions, from hormone imbalance and fatigue to inflammation, chronic pain, and metabolic dysfunction, equipping me with a whole-person lens that recognizes the body as an interconnected system.

To deepen my focus on women’s health, I also trained under Dr. Aviva Romm, a Yale-trained MD and pioneer in integrative women’s medicine, through her Women's Integrative and Functional Medicine Professional Training Program. Under this program, I gained advanced skills in supporting hormonal health, thyroid and adrenal function, gut healing, detoxification, and cycle-aware care. All of which rooted in the latest research and time-tested wisdom specifically for women.
